A prior reservation was made, and we reached at 2230 hours. An imposing tower of a place located opposite the Cigarette factory, very close by to the Western Express Highway.
Valet parking available. A robust doorman. Swivel doors. The daughter was impressed.
The inside of the hotel was appealing as well. The restaurant, located in a corner, beckoned us.
Inside the restaurant. Dainty place. Soothing colours. Light music. Murals on the walls. Interesting chandeliers. A cute vase on the tables.Sufficient moving space. The active staff. And the buffet spread out.

"Soups will be served on the table." Veg Minestrone soup was available, but they remembered our preferences. A chicken manchow soup was brought to us. Along with fried noodles.
One sip of it and I knew that we were in for a delight.

We got up for salads, chaat and starters. Green salad. Chef Special Salad. French Pasta salad. Banana chaat. Mix veg raita. Fish Kesari Tikka. Cauliflower manchurian.
We were also offered a choice of iced tea and soft drinks on the table. Fresh lime soda? Sure that can also be made available. Iced tea for the daughter and the wife while I opted for fresh lime soda. And were glad that the bottled Bisleri soda, lime juice and sugar syrup were brought separately to us.
The main course had Chicken Tikka in Black Pepper sauce (appropriately spicy) and Palak Gosht (yummy boneless mutton cubes in green gravy). The veg dishes were Paneer Pasanda and Masala dosa aaloo bhaji. Dal fry tadka. Rotis and naans. White steamed rice and Singaporean fried rice.
And then the desserts. Moong dal halwa and vanilla ice cream. But since we were being treated like royalty, we were also brought other flavors - Rose Petal, Anjeer Badam, Chocolate, Butterscotch, Mango.
Special kudos to the chef Mizarato for his efforts. And a special thanks to the captain, Ashok, our friend and guide in the restaurant.
