My second review for this place. After a high crescendo, this is a deep dive way down.
Over a period of time, the increase in prices have not been paralleled by consistency in their standards. They have fallen to the ills of modern times, sacrificing their goodwill for a few more pennies.
We called for a Gauti chicken, a Mutton keema, a Prawns Masala and a Surmai Fry.
The first three were served in absolutely watery gravy. Deep orange (I suspect artificial coloring) and more or less of the same taste except that the prawns one had a coconut base. The underlying flavor of each was the same. While the first had bone in chicken bits dunked within, the mutton keema had no longer retained its flavor or aroma - it couldve been very well a Nutrela granules gravy and you wouldnt have been able to spot the difference. And for the first time in my life I encountered potato cubes in a prawns curry.
The only saving grace was the Surmai fry. Cooked to perfection, crispy and crunchy, and worth every bite of the regal price it commanded.
A complete let down,I rued that the amount of INR 792 could've been well spent elsewhere, I felt that I didnt derive even half the bang for the buck.
