The good news - They have a website of their own.
The bad news - Sigh!
I hate it when the website, deliberately or otherwise, chooses not to inform about the complete history behind the brand. I hate it when the website creates a lot of noise singing paeans about the quality and the hygiene without substantiating the same with facts. I hate it when the website is replete with spelling and grammatical errors. Sick.
That apart, I agree with other reviewers that this place has become a landmark in Lokhandwala Complex.
Situated bang on the main road, there seems never a dull moment here. Lore has it that people drive out here from far away places just to have a frankie.

And having two separate counters at an exorbitant real estate space to differentiate between veg and non veg speaks volumes of them. You observe how the frankies get made in assembly line. The bread is thrown on the tava, oil poured around liberally, egg mixture poured separately and then the rotis slapped upon them so that they become one, then passed on to another helper who keeps all of these on a slab, applies a red sauce on each, sprinkles diced onion liberally followed by chaat masala, vinegar and finally thick chicken gravy with rich chicken slivers within. And this is just plain chicken frankie I am talking about. You have a myriad of other varieties in both veg and non veg options.
And the product is actually drool worthy. You bite into the crisp crunchy semi fried roti with the concoction inside and you fall in love with it. The chicken is rightly spiced up, the shreds accentuate the taste, the onion crushes and chaat masala add to the effect. One chicken frankie is sufficient enough to take care of half of your meal.
The verdict:
Not a healthy food, but a very good option if you are feeling hungry in the vicinity.
